Welcome to Nopser. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Nopser mobile application, website, and services ("Platform") operated by Nopser Research Pvt Ltd, located at:

By accessing or using Nopser, you agree to these Terms.
1.1 Nopser is a survey and research participation platform where businesses, organizations, and individual researchers ("Researchers") can post surveys, studies, and feedback tasks.
1.2 Users ("Participants") can complete these studies and earn rewards credited to their in-app Nopser wallet.
1.3 Nopser charges a commission to Researchers for hosting and facilitating the study.
1.4 Nopser does not provide financial, investment, or banking services.
1.5 All earnings on Nopser are incentives for participation, not wages, employment income, or guaranteed revenue.
2.1 Users must be at least 16 years of age.
2.2 Nopser is available only to Indian citizens and residents.
2.3 Users must verify their email address and mobile number (OTP verification) to use the platform.
2.4 Nopser may suspend or reject access if eligibility cannot be confirmed.
3.1 Users must provide accurate and genuine information.
3.2 Each user may create only one account.
3.3 Creating multiple accounts, using fake information, using VPNs to manipulate location, or engaging in fraudulent activity may lead to:

4.2 Earnings are not guaranteed. Availability of studies depends on demand from Researchers.
4.3 Nopser solely credits the wallet after successful completion; users cannot add money to their wallet.
5.1 The Nopser wallet is a non-transferable virtual wallet used only to store rewards earned through the platform.
5.2 Users cannot deposit or top-up wallet balance.
5.3 Users cannot transfer wallet funds to other users.
5.4 Wallet balance belongs to the user but remains held by Nopser until a valid withdrawal request is made.
6.1 Minimum withdrawal amount: â‚ą50 (subject to change).
6.2 Payout processing time: 2–3 working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays.
6.3 Supported payout methods:
6.4 Users must provide correct and valid UPI or bank information.
6.5 Incorrect details may lead to payout failure. In such cases, the amount will be refunded back to the wallet, and users must update correct details.
6.6 Nopser does not charge any withdrawal fee.
6.7 Payouts may be withheld, delayed, or rejected in cases of:

7.1 Researchers pay survey/study budgets and Nopser commissions through the Razorpay payment gateway integrated into their dashboard.
7.2 Nopser receives and holds these funds until:

7.4 Nopser may issue refunds to Researchers if a study receives insufficient participation.
8.1 Nopser manually reviews user submissions for Nopser-owned studies.
8.2 For client-posted studies, approvals are performed by the Researchers themselves through their dashboard.
8.3 No automatic approval is done at this stage.
8.4 Reward is credited only after:

9.1 Users may provide responses, feedback, text, images, files, or other data ("Content").

9.3 By submitting Content, the user grants Nopser a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

9.5 Researchers may download or use responses for research purposes as per their own policies.
Users agree NOT to:

11.1 All rights for the Nopser platform—including logos, interface, features, database, and software—belong to Nopser Research Pvt Ltd.
11.2 Users may not copy, reuse, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

Any pending or accumulated rewards may be forfeited in case of confirmed fraudulent activity.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
Nopser may update these Terms at any time.
Users will be notified through app notifications, email, or website updates.
