Nopser is a platform where researchers/companies post surveys or studies, and users participate to earn rewards.

   • Mobile number (OTP verified)

   • Gender (optional)
2. Study/Survey Participation Data
   • Survey responses

3. Withdrawal Information
   • UPI ID
   • Bank account details (account number, IFSC, account holder name)
4. Communication Data
   • Messages or feedback sent to support

B. Automatically Collected Information

To prevent fraud, ensure study eligibility, and improve user experience, we collect:

• Device information (model, OS, version)
• App usage data
• IP address
• Approximate location (city/state)

• Payment gateway partners (e.g., Razorpay): payment status, transaction ID

4. How We Use Survey/Study Responses

Survey responses may contain text, ratings, opinions, images, or uploads.

We use them to:

• Provide them to the Researcher who posted the study
• Evaluate eligibility
• Determine study completion
• Improve services

We DO NOT use your responses to:

• Identify you personally (unless the study explicitly requires identity-based input)
• Sell your data to advertisers
• Sell your personal information to third parties

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data.

We share data only in the following cases:

A. With Researchers

We share only the data required for analysis of the study you participated in. Personal information like phone number or email is not shared, unless the study explicitly requires it and you consent.

B. With Service Providers

• Razorpay (payments)
• Hosting providers
• SMS/email OTP providers
• Analytics (crash detection, performance monitoring)

All service providers follow strong security standards.

C. For Legal Reasons

We may share data with authorities if required under applicable Indian laws.

We do not share your banking/UPI details with Researchers.

Payment data may be stored by Razorpay as per their legal obligations.

10. Children's Privacy

Nopser does not knowingly allow participation below 16 years of age.

If such an account is detected, it will be removed.

11. Third-Party Links

Nopser may contain links to external websites.

We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when required.

Changes will be posted on the website/app with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of Nopser constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
